One of my biggest creative goals for 2025 was to make one Granny Square each week for 50 weeks and join them into a full afghan. Ambitious? Absolutely. Achieved? Not quite. I managed to finish 20 squares before getting happily swept into a handful of other projects.

So for 2026, I’m picking the challenge back up. My mission: complete the remaining 30 squares and have a finished afghan by fall. Hold me to it—I’m determined to see this one through.
